COS’È URGES?
URGES, acronimo di “Urban Green Shapes”, è un progetto interdisciplinare coordinato dall’Università degli Studi della Basilicata (Dipartimento delle Culture Europee e del Mediterraneo: Architettura, Ambiente, Patrimoni Culturali - Matera), a valere sul Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale della Basilicata. URGES, in linea con le tematiche del POR FESR Basilicata 2014-2020, il PON Ricerca e Innovazione, il SNSI e il PNRR, ha l’obiettivo di dimostrare come “forme di verde” possano contribuire ad elevare la qualità urbana e architettonica, l’equilibrio ambientale, il risparmio energetico e il benessere nelle città “dei sud d’Europa”.
WHAT IS URGES?
URGES, acronym for “Urban Green Shapes", is an interdisciplinary project coordinated by the University of Basilicata (Department of European and Mediterranean Cultures: Architecture, Environment, Cultural Heritage - Matera), benefiting from the Fund European Regional Development of Basilicata. URGES, in line with the themes of the ERDF RP Basilicata 2014-2020, the NOP on Research and Innovation, the RIS3 and the NRRP, aims to demonstrate how "shapes of green" can contribute to raising urban and architectural quality, environmental balance, energy saving and well-being in the cities "of the south of Europe".
